DairyPay is software for Kenyan dairy cooperatives and SACCOs. It records milk collection and quality, pays farmers through M-Pesa with eTIMS receipts, and gives farmers access to advances, device financing and insurance.
Does it work offline, in areas with no signal?
Yes. Collectors record pickups on their phones with no connection, and records sync automatically when the signal returns. Farmers without smartphones use USSD, which works on any phone.
How do farmers get paid?
At month-end the society reviews net pay per farmer — milk value minus feeds, vet bills and advances — approves it once, and DairyPay sends it to every farmer's M-Pesa.
Is the system KRA eTIMS compliant?
Yes. DairyPay generates an eTIMS receipt for every farmer payout automatically.
